We want to meet creative training and development professionals looking to work as freelance parnters in various joint venture procurement training projects. This is a real opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our future business strategy centred on screen based learning and more conventional methodologies.
An ideal potential partner would be CPID qualified or working towards it and have a varied, in depth experience and a qualification as a Procurement & Supply practitioner. Soft skills experience coupled with understanding the dynamics of relationship management and networking would be a real plus.
The core role would be the design and delivery of technical and behavioural courses/materials to meet operational training needs of clients operating in a public sector environment. It would require an understanding of the techniques to deliver effective distance learning.
This would include leadership of workshops and liaison with our clients' learning and development representatives and with other partners in our team.
