Among the specific systems used by the group is Structured Approach for Establishing Training Excellence (SATE). This establishes the necessary links between the adopted training solution and the measurable changes of behaviours. Kirkpatrick and other adaptations are also used to measure feedback.

Kirkpatrick 4-Level Evaluation Model

  • Reaction of student - what they thought and felt about the training
  • Learning - the resulting increase in knowledge or capability
  • Behaviour - extent of behaviour and capability improvement and implementation/application
  • Results - the effects on the business or environment resulting from the trainee's performance
